Vendor Dashboard:

Vendor Dashboard gives you an overall summary of your store and activities. From this dashboard, you can easily manage your stores and also get quick insights. Besides that, it will provide suggestions on how to make your store more appealing to your customers.

You can find an overview of your store, page view, orders, earnings, reviews and products. There is also an announcement section. It displays all the latest notices or announcements from the admin.

Products:

Creating products as a vendor is super easy. After your vendor registered on your marketplace, they can easily create products and customize them from an intuitive dashboard.

Orders:

Orders gives your vendors’ easy navigation to manage orders. This way vendors will get a notification while the seller makes any sales, they can list orders, order-status, keep a note, and a lot more stuff.

Reports:

Vendor dashboard includes a user-friendly report feature where vendors can immediately get an overview of their total expenditure. Also, it will help them to prepare product sales reports in an organized way.

Contact Admin:

If you have any queries of your products, you can drop a message to the admin so that they can resolve your issues. After entering your queries, Click on the “Submit Query” button.

Withdraw:

If you are using an automated payment system, such as Stripe Connect, then the settings on this page will not be used. These settings only are used when you are using a manual payments system.

When you are using a manual system, then the vendors have to send you withdrawal requests and you manually approve them.

Here, the current balance will be 0. 

Minimum Withdraw Amount: To avoid situations like not delivering the products to the customer or not maintaining their product quality, you can keep the money of the vendors. Like on average the price of the products is $50. So you can set the minimum withdrawal limit to $500. By using this feature you can easily resolve disputes and your sellers will maintain their quality. 

Withdraw threshold: To make the marketplace more secure for the customers and to stop the sellers from forgery, you can define a time that is required to withdraw their balance. Like a seller can not withdraw the money from the sales which are not more than 3 days old. So in that time, you can hold the money and if a customer complains, you can resolve that easily.

Followers:

This module enabled the option for customers to follow the vendors whose products they like and want to stay updated with.

They can follow multiple vendors according to their interests. And the customers will get updates and emails about vendors’ newly added products.

Bookings:

This awesome module allows vendors to create bookable products, and customers to customize their booking orders. Create car-rentals, appointment-based service marketplaces, etc. with this easily.

Analytics:

Vendor Dashboard has added the new Vendor Analytics module to the rich collection of modules. Now, vendors can measure and track their store performances and find out whether their store is going well or needs improvements.

Announcements:

When you need to communicate with all your sellers. The seller announcement goes right into the seller’s dashboard.

Support:

The store support is for existing clients who have purchased one or more items from a vendor. This module puts a Get Support button on the vendor’s store for customers to generate support tickets for the product/service they purchased.

Settings:

Store:

Store is the place where vendors will showcase all their products in an interactive design. From the store a customer will get the vendor’s product, contact information, store location, and all other information in one view. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Payment Settings:

The vendor can set his comfortable payment method for the store. For bank transfers, just add bank account name, account number, name of the bank, address, and finally swift code. Now, save the settings by clicking the Update Settings button.

Shipping Settings

This page contains your store-wide shipping settings, cost, shipping and refund policy. You can enable/disable shipping for your products. Also you can override these shipping costs while creating or editing a product.

Your store SEO can help you to increase your store traffic. You can set your SEO title, meta description, meta keywords, Facebook title, description, image, Twitter title, description and image.
